KJ Consultancy’s mission is confidential operational improvement — clear systems that prevent issues, protect standards, and support local economic growth.

I’m Kerry Johnson, an independent, discreet operational support partner for UK SMEs.

In my 12 years’ experience across finance, sales, and fraud prevention (and several years working in consultancy across professional services, care, and commercial environments), the biggest issues are rarely “one big problem”.

They’re the knock‑on effects of constant change: technology moving too quickly, guidance and government expectations shifting and systems quietly drifting until the cost shows up in time, money, morale, or avoidable risk.

I’m detail-led and pattern-driven. I can usually see where the leaks are: hidden charges, unused software, duplicated tools, unclear handovers, staffing routines that create friction, training spend that isn’t landing, and procedures that look fine on paper but don’t work in real life.

My work is practical and calm: tighten what matters, simplify what doesn’t, and put easy systems in place that prevent expensive problems later. You leave with a clear action plan and if you want support implementing it, I can work remotely, in person, or as a blend.
